Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use AILandscape. It also explains the current privacy boundaries for uploaded photos, generated results, and the public Gallery.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating or managing an account.
2. Design Content — Photos you upload, generated results, selected style and area labels, prompts or preferences you submit, and related design records.
3. Usage and Device Data — Information about how you interact with the service, such as features accessed, browser type, device type, IP address, diagnostic data, and a coarse city or region estimated from IP when available.
4. Cookies — Small data files used for authentication, preferences, security, and service operation.
5. Payment Information — Billing information handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

Please do not upload sensitive images or images you do not have the right to use. In particular, avoid photos that reveal people, documents, house numbers, precise location details, or other confidential information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the service, process transactions, generate and store design visualizations, respond to support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Private Designs and Gallery Consent

Uploaded photos and generated results are private by default. They are not placed in the public Gallery unless you separately select an unchecked Gallery option.

Gallery submission is an independent, optional opt-in. If selected, you apply for public display of the original photo and generated result as a before-and-after presentation. Submission does not guarantee publication: admin approval is required before an item can appear publicly, and we may decline or remove a submission.

Gallery consent does not authorize direct sharing, case-study use, unrelated marketing, or model-training use. Direct sharing is not currently available. Any future direct-share or case-study use will require its own applicable authorization and controls.

Service Providers and AI Processing

We may send uploaded content and related instructions to infrastructure, storage, payment, security, and AI service providers as needed to operate the service. Their processing may be governed by their own terms and our arrangements with them.

We have not completed verification of provider terms concerning model-training use. We therefore cannot promise that providers will not use submitted content for training or service improvement. Do not upload sensitive content if that uncertainty is unacceptable to you.

Image Metadata, Retention, and Deletion

We do not use image metadata to infer a precise address. However, we do not guarantee that EXIF or other embedded metadata is stripped from uploaded files because a verified metadata-removal step is not currently established.

Retention periods for original photos and generated results are not currently fixed by plan. We do not promise a fixed retention period or deletion deadline. Account or support deletion controls may not immediately remove every copy from object storage, caches, backups, or service providers. We will process valid requests using the controls reasonably available to us, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and technical requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

• To service providers that help operate the service.
• When you expressly request or authorize a public Gallery submission.
• To comply with law or lawful requests.
• To protect users, the service, our rights, or the public.
• In connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. You may also ask us to remove an approved Gallery item from surfaces we control. Removal from caches or third-party systems may not be immediate, and no fixed removal deadline is promised.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
